Processing & Delivery Times

Stage What to Expect
Order Processing All in-stock orders are processed within 3 business days.
Domestic Shipping Sent via USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx SmartPost / Ground Economy. Typical transit time is 2-7 business days, depending on the destination.
International Shipping Handled by our Postal Consolidator service. Transit time is usually 5-10 business days, but can be longer due to customs or local carrier delays.
Tracking Info A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.



Changing Your Shipping Address

Need to update your shipping address? We’re happy to help—as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet.

  2. Include your order number and the correct shipping address in your message.

Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or reroute the package.

Due to international laws, carrier restrictions, and conflict zones, we currently do not ship to:
