PLEASE NOTE:

The Puppy Pet Plush is fulfilled by Juniper Creates via Roblox and is final sale once purchased. Orders have a processing time of 1–3 business days. Orders will begin shipping May 15th and are expected to arrive in 7–14 business days.

Most Products
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include any tags and proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at https://bladeball.shop/pages/contact with your order number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Preorders
All preorder sales are final and non-refundable. Because these items are produced based on demand, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once your order is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at https://bladeball.shop/pages/contact within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind Returns
If you no longer want your item, you may return it at your own shipping expense, provided it is in unused, resellable condition. We do not cover return shipping for change-of-mind or wrong-size returns.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you want.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
